Yotei

Yotei is a town-building board game that uses potatoes, bidding, and card drafting to build a charming Hokkaido village.

Players compete to claim the cards they need to grow their town with fields, forests, mountains, shrines, festivals, and other local features. Potatoes serve as currency, powering purchases and blind bids that can outmaneuver opponents or leave you short for the next opportunity. Claimed cards become part of your village, generating resources and opening better choices in later rounds. Flexible card use, blocking opportunities, and evolving tactics keep each round interactive without losing its approachable feel.
