Order support
Questions about an order, shipment, or combining orders? Email us with your order number and what you’d like to change. If both orders are in stock (or expected shortly), we’ll hold & combine and refund excess shipping automatically whenever possible.
Manual review note: unusually large-quantity or high-value orders, or orders flagged for verification, may require additional processing time or confirmation before we can make changes.
Special Orders, Preorders & Reservations
- Some titles require ZBag or a Reservation Deposit to hold your place in line.
- Price is set at fulfillment based on our pricing at that time (the deposit is not a price lock).
- To ask about status or to cancel before distributor invoicing (eligible to restore to ZBag), email your order number and the title(s).
Damage, defects, or missing items
If something arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos of the item, the shipping box, and the shipping label.
- Your order number and a short description of the issue.
We’ll help with a resolution. (Shipping is non-refundable except for carrier-confirmed loss.)
Used products
Used games are re-certified before shipping for completeness/playability. Because of that process and fraud risk, used items are sold as-is and are not returnable. See the FAQ for certification details.
Cancellations (quick notes)
- 24-hour grace (most orders): Most orders may be canceled for a refund to the original payment method within 24 hours if the order has not already been fulfilled or redeemed as store credit.
- Large / high-risk orders (exception): Unusually large-quantity or high-value orders (or orders flagged for manual review/verification) may have cancellation restrictions. If a cancellation is approved, the refund may be reduced by non-refundable processing/handling costs, up to 15% of the merchandise subtotal.
ZBag & Gift Cards (quick notes)
- You can use ZBag to purchase gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase ZBag or memberships.
- Purchased ZBag and gift cards are refundable to the original payment method for 24 hours if unredeemed. After 24 hours (or if redeemed), purchases are final.
- Rebates typically post 7 days after the qualifying order.
Business hours & events
We operate from Las Vegas, NV (Pacific Time). We currently ship from a warehouse facility; no regular walk-in retail hours. Watch our Facebook or site announcements for pop-ups and event nights.

- Order changes/combines: Order number(s) + what you’d like to add or adjust.
- Damage/defect: Photos (item, box, label) + order number + short description.
- Special Order/Reservation: Order number + title(s) + cancel/convert request.
- ZBag/Gift Card question: Your email on file + rough balance if known.
- Large/high-risk order review: If your order is unusually large or high value, include any helpful verification details (e.g., preferred contact method) so we can resolve it quickly.
