Command Scharnhorst alongside a hard-hitting cruiser screen and destroyer flotilla, then send Ju-87 Stuka dive-bombers to finish targets that try to slip away. The mix is built for commerce-raiding play: pressure convoys, punish escorts, and force opponents to react to threats coming from both guns and air.
