Terracotta Army

Terracotta Army is a strategy board game that challenges players to build the Emperor’s afterlife guard through resource management and area control.

Players act as craftsmen and artists working to assemble the famed army of statues for Emperor Qin Shi Huang’s tomb. Over five rounds, they collect resources, upgrade workers, and seek favor from the Emperor’s advisors to improve their position. Warrior miniatures are placed into the mausoleum, where grouping, statue types, and player bases create competitive scoring opportunities. The game rewards precise timing, efficient planning, and careful positioning as every shared space can affect multiple players.
