Stephens is a glassmaking strategy game that has master glassmakers at the famous Stephens Factory competing to become the most prestigious figure in town, second only to Stephens himself.

After the 1755 earthquake that destroyed Lisbon, the demand for window glass soared, and British businessman William Stephens built a glass industry that cared for its workers and their families. On your turn you choose a single action: take a glassware piece from a factory on the board and perform its action, or take a disk from your player board to assign a worker to a new profession and unlock a permanent ability. Through careful planning you develop your works, invest in new businesses and create jobs. The game ends when Napoleonic forces arrive in town, and the player with the most prestige wins.
