Race for the Galaxy is a standalone sci-fi card game that challenges players to build the strongest galactic civilization through exploration, settlement, and development.

Players use cards as worlds, technologies, resources, and currency, making every hand a tight set of tactical choices. Each round, players secretly choose phases, and only the selected phases happen, creating sharp timing decisions around exploring, developing, settling, consuming, and producing. The current Second Edition adds 6 new start worlds, color-blind support, and updated rules with sample turns for easier teaching. Designed for 2–4 players, each game plays in under 30 minutes.
