Lords of Waterdeep is a Dungeons & Dragons strategy board game that puts players in control of secret rulers competing for influence over the City of Splendors.

Players take on the roles of masked Lords of Waterdeep, sending agents across the city to recruit adventurers, gather gold, claim quests, and expand the board with new buildings. Intrigue cards let players help themselves, disrupt rivals, or set up bigger turns as the city’s political struggle unfolds over 8 rounds. The game delivers a tactical, Euro-style D&D experience built around planning, timing, and efficient use of limited actions. Designed for 2–5 players ages 12 and up, it plays in about 60 minutes.
