How ZBag works

• Apply ZBag at checkout to discount merchandise.
• Shipping is charged separately and cannot be paid with ZBag.
• You can use ZBag to purchase gift cards. (Gift cards cannot be used to purchase ZBag or memberships.)

Earning rebates

• Eligible purchases earn a ZBag rebate, typically posted 7 days after the order.
• Promotions may vary; any details or exclusions are shown on product pages or at checkout.
• Gift cards and memberships do not earn rebates.

Special Orders, Preorders & Reservations

• Some Special Orders/Preorders require ZBag or a Reservation Deposit (partial pay).
• For reservations, the final price is set at fulfillment based on our pricing at that time. The deposit is not a price lock and is credited on the final invoice. Shipping is billed on the final invoice.

Refunds

• Purchased ZBag is refundable to the original payment method for 24 hours if unredeemed. After 24 hours, purchases are final.
• Refunds for merchandise may be issued to ZBag only if (a) the original purchase was paid with ZBag, or (b) you authorize a ZBag refund.

Inactive balance & conversions

• If a ZBag balance shows no activity for 12 months, we may convert it to a BSG digital gift card of equal value (no fees, no expiration) and email it to the address on file.
• If we change ecommerce platforms, discontinue ZBag, or close an account, we may convert remaining ZBag to a BSG digital gift card (equal value, no fees, no expiration).

No fees. No expiration.

• ZBag credits have no dormancy fees and do not expire.
