Load your ZBag for your next Boarding School Games purchase. Purchased credit is added to your ZBag once the paid top-up order is processed. Check your available balance before placing an order that requires ZBag.

Using ZBag

• Apply your available ZBag balance toward eligible merchandise and Rush My Order. Rush remains subject to its own availability and handling terms.
• Shipping is charged separately and cannot be paid directly with ZBag.
• You may use ZBag to buy a BSG gift card for yourself or someone else. A BSG gift card can pay for merchandise and shipping, but buying one earns no rebate. Direct transfers between ZBag wallets are not supported.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase ZBag or memberships.

Two ways to earn credit for a later order

• NiceList gift rebate: eligible customers earn 5% of eligible merchandise, whichever payment method they use. New and established NiceList customers currently receive the same 5% rate.
• ZBag spending rebate: earn an additional 5% of the ZBag actually used on a qualifying purchase, whether that credit was purchased, earned or refunded. Partial ZBag payments earn this rebate on the ZBag portion only.
• Rebates are scheduled seven days after purchase and cannot pay for the order that earns them.
• Gift-card purchases earn neither rebate. ZBag top-ups, memberships and Rush My Order fees do not earn the NiceList gift rebate. ZBag spent on Rush My Order can earn the standard spending rebate.
• The NiceList gift rebate is revised or removed when an order changes. A cancellation or refund removes that order's ZBag spending rebate, regardless of the refund destination.

For example, a NiceList customer paying $100 in ZBag for $100 of eligible merchandise can earn $10 in ZBag for later: $5 from each rebate. This example excludes shipping, taxes and other discounts. See the ZBag guide for partial-payment examples and full eligibility details.

Special Orders, Preorders & Reservations

• Some Special Orders/Preorders require ZBag or a Reservation Deposit (partial pay).
• For reservations, the final price is set at fulfillment based on our pricing at that time. The deposit is not a price lock and is credited on the final invoice. Shipping is billed on the final invoice.

Refunds

• Purchased ZBag is refundable to the original payment method for 24 hours if unredeemed. After 24 hours, purchases are final.
• Refunds due to the original payment method under the existing 24-hour grace period or applicable law follow those rules. Refunded amounts originally paid with ZBag return to ZBag. Other approved store-credit refunds normally use Shopify store credit; we may offer ZBag instead at our discretion and with your authorization.

Refund eligibility, fees and any exceptions are governed by our Refund Policy.

Inactive balance & conversions

• If a ZBag balance shows no activity for 12 months, we may convert it to a BSG digital gift card of equal value (no fees, no expiration) and email it to the address on file.
• If we change ecommerce platforms, discontinue ZBag, or close an account, we may convert remaining ZBag that is not lawfully forfeited to a BSG digital gift card (equal value, no fees, no expiration).

Future program changes preserve valid existing value and pending rebates. Purchase bans or confirmed exploitation trigger forfeiture to the extent legally permitted; business use may trigger forfeiture at our discretion, to the extent legally permitted. Purchased value that cannot lawfully be forfeited is handled as applicable law requires. See program changes and forfeiture.

No fees. No expiration.
