You play as a rookie employee competing for promotions by managing suppliers, upgrading parts, working the assembly line, and meeting shifting factory goals. Actions are tightly timed, with the factory manager Sandra evaluating performance and keeping production on pace—so mistakes and delays cost real points. You’ll balance short-term output with long-term planning, using the facility’s limited resources and recycling options to stay flexible when supply runs thin.
