In the Ashes

In the Ashes is a tabletop action role-playing game that you play in a book, mixing tactical combat, decision making, skill selection and equipment customization. A ball of fire and ash crosses the sky and strikes the mountains of Obor Island, launching an epic campaign of memorable scenes, confrontations and discoveries. During combat players play action cards based on their specialties and move around the board, weighing their enemies' actions to find the best strategy. Every decision affects the story, and characters evolve depending on the options chosen. Designed by Pablo Aguilera for 1 or 2 players aged 12 and up, it needs only this book and a pencil. Available now at Boarding School Games - explore Obor Island.
