History of the World

History of the World is a civilization strategy board game that challenges players to guide successive empires through five epochs of conquest, expansion, and scoring.

Each epoch gives players a new historical empire to establish and expand across a world map. Control of lands, cities, monuments, and other buildings generates gold, while rival armies can overturn earlier gains as civilizations rise and fall. Players can resolve conflicts with dice or use the included diceless rules, provided everyone uses the same system. Empire cards, Event cards, Area tokens, and Honor tokens create additional strategic choices throughout the game. Available now at Boarding School Games—shape five thousand years of history.
