Emberheart

Emberheart is a worker placement board game that has you command hireling parties to rescue dragons and outmaneuver ruthless poachers.

Each turn, you either claim an Aide token for a round-specific boost or commit a party of hirelings to key island locations. Bigger parties get priority on rewards, but they also make you more exposed as rivals compete for the best timing and payouts. Between recruiting specialized hirelings, upgrading with gear, and deciding when to send your Dragon Companion for extra muscle, every placement is a tradeoff. Push too hard and your Flame rises, inviting tougher Poachers’ Raids and painful endgame consequences. Available now at Boarding School Games—Rescue dragons, claim the crown.
