This expansion introduces three viral strains—Influenza, Rhinovirus, and Ebola—creating new threats that players must manage while continuing to build and protect the cell. Players can spend ATP to strengthen their antibodies, then roll for their immune response when a virus attacks, creating sharp swings in resources and momentum. The added virus system raises interaction and tension without changing the core worker-placement structure that makes Cytosis approachable and strategic.
