Players command the military campaigns of the Thirty Years War, recruiting armies, conducting operations, sustaining forces, and managing diplomatic pressure across yearly turns. Scenarios cover the Bohemian Revolt, the War in the Palatinate, the Danish Intervention, the Swedish Intervention, and the French Intervention, with a full campaign spanning 1618 to 1648. Artillery trains, leaders, infantry, and cavalry all shape how armies move, fight, and take cities. Short scenarios can play in a single session, while the full campaign offers a deep multi-session study of the conflict. Designed for 2 players, ages 14 and up.
