Coffee Roaster is a solo bag-building board game that challenges you to roast beans evenly and brew a high-scoring cup.

Choose a coffee variety, load its bean tokens into your bag, and draw handfuls each turn to advance their roast level. As the roast develops, you’ll filter out flaws and manage unwanted tokens while deciding when to keep pushing and when to stop before things burn. Every pull is a push-your-luck decision, but smart bag control helps you shape a smoother, more consistent roast.
