Chang'an is an engine-building and resource-management board game that has players renewing the great Tang dynasty capital to become its premier urbanist. Carefully plan renewal projects by placing cards on your city boards to produce resources. Then build those cards into your city districts, raising remarkable structures and welcoming influential people to the city. Each game you choose which areas to focus on, from trade, politics and production to science and the military, for ever-changing combinations.
