Bureau of Investigation: Investigations in Arkham & Elsewhere is a standalone cooperative investigation game that sends agents into 1920s America to unravel five Cthulhu Mythos cases.

Players work together as Bureau agents, following leads, questioning witnesses, examining maps and newspapers, and deciding which clues deserve their limited attention. The game uses the foundation of Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective, then adds new investigative mechanics suited to strange disappearances, unsettling testimony, and threats from Elsewhere. Each case rewards careful reading, group deduction, and efficient decision-making rather than luck or combat.
