Bolt Action - Crossing the Rhine: British & Canadian Infantry (Winter) Starter Army is a boxed 28 mm force that gives a new British collection a battle-ready army for the later war in North-West Europe in Bolt Action. Its core is a Rifle Platoon with an officer, two ten-man infantry sections and a two-man sniper team, plus an Engineer Platoon of two five-man sections with flamethrowers and another officer, all built from the plastic sprues. Heavy Weapons and Artillery Platoons add two medium machine guns, a medium mortar and a 25-pdr light howitzer, with metal guns and Warlord Resin crews. An Armoured Platoon brings a hard plastic Sherman Firefly Vc and a Humber Mk II/IV armoured car. Bases for all miniatures, waterslide decals and vehicle damage markers are included, and the models are supplied unassembled and unpainted.
