Barrage - The Far Companies

Barrage: The Far Companies is an expansion for Barrage that adds two advanced companies with new construction rules and strategic trade-offs.

Japan uses an earth-fill dam system where Elevations can function like Bases, opening more dam placement options while limiting height and capacity. Brazil focuses on flexible construction, allowing Bases, Elevations, and Conduits to be built in any order from its board, with stronger bonuses that can permanently cost machinery. Both companies unlock a special ability after building their third powerhouse, creating a sharp mid-game shift for experienced players. This expansion is not a standalone game and requires Barrage to play. Designed for 1–4 players ages 14 and up, The Far Companies plays in about 60–120 minutes.
