Architects of the West Kingdom is a worker-placement strategy board game that challenges royal architects to build landmarks and earn the King’s favor in the Carolingian Empire.

Players gather raw materials, hire apprentices, and place workers to strengthen their actions across the kingdom. Rivals can capture opposing workers, creating opportunities to disrupt competitors and earn money. Victory points come from constructing buildings and contributing to the Archbishop’s cathedral, while the virtue system rewards or punishes the moral choices made along the way. Variable player powers and numerous apprentice and building combinations create multiple strategic paths, and a dedicated solo mode supports single-player play.
