Players compete for influence in the Senate, using senators to shape the development of their Cities and unlock favorable decrees. Plot cards add another layer of disruption, letting conspirators shift the balance when the political fight turns against you. The expansion adds a Senate board, two new Wonders, two new Progress tokens, and an instant victory condition based on controlling the Senate. It also increases strategic variety without slowing down the tight head-to-head pace of 7 Wonders Duel, and it is compatible with 7 Wonders Duel: Pantheon.
