12 Rivers

12 Rivers is a standalone worker placement board game that sends magic pearls rolling down a mountain of branching rivers.

Players lead rival tribes exploring twelve rivers that flow from a mystical lake high in the mountains. Place tribe tokens along the rivers, pay resources to reach stronger positions, and release the pearls to see which bounties your tribe captures. Collected pearls can be carried by alpacas, delivered to villagers, and turned into scoring opportunities through smart set collection. Fairy tokens and card powers add tactical options, while varied villager goals reward players who plan around the colors they need most.
