Unmatched: The Witcher - Steel & Silver is a standalone tactical miniatures skirmish game set that brings Geralt, Ciri, and the Ancient Leshen into the Unmatched arena.

Players choose a hero, manage a unique deck, and fight across card-driven movement and combat with no dice-based battle resolution. Geralt uses special gear cards to keep the right tool ready, Ciri builds magical power as the fight unfolds, and the Ancient Leshen calls on the forest to harry its enemies. The double-sided game board features Fayrlund Forest and Kaer Morhen, including the return of one-way paths for sharper positioning choices. The set includes 3 hero figures, 4 printed sidekick tokens, 5 custom health dials, 96 cards, and a double-sided board. Designed for 2–3 players, ages 9 and up, it plays in 20–40 minutes.
