This add-on pushes the game into a more unsettling corner of the mind with Uncanny Clients, a Haunted Location, a Nightmare Treatise, and a new set of Nightmares that reshape how you plan and respond. It also introduces new tools to work with, including cracked dials, Madness tokens, and emotional-support pets that help offset the dangers of going too far into the dark. The result is a tenser, more layered experience that adds variety without losing the thoughtful engine-building and treatment-focused play of the base game.
