Too Many Bones is a dice-builder RPG that sends your party of Gearlocs into dangerous battles against tyrants across Daelore.

Players build their characters over the course of the adventure by improving stats, training new skills, collecting loot, and preparing for a final showdown with a powerful tyrant. Combat plays out on a tight 4x4 battle mat, where positioning, timing, and smart use of your dice matter as much as raw strength. The game blends cooperative strategy, character progression, and tactical encounters into a challenging campaign-style experience that plays well solo or with a group.

Designed for 1–4 players, Too Many Bones plays in about 60–90 minutes and is recommended for ages 14 and up.
