Players face an open conflict inside the city, balancing scarce resources and brutal choices while trying to endure escalating violence. A three-act campaign introduces new rules and a longer arc where your decisions can shape what happens next, not just whether you make it through the night. The Orphans module brings children into the shelter, forcing hard moral tradeoffs as you decide how much you can risk to help them survive. New locations can be used to enrich both the base game’s scenarios and the expansion campaign, keeping repeat plays unpredictable and tense.
