As influential Tuscan nobles, players build out a personal region board by adding towns, villages, monasteries, quarries, and more, aiming to turn empty countryside into a flourishing domain. Each turn you’ll use cards to take and place hex tiles, expand your lands, extract marble, and deliver goods, triggering abilities and scoring opportunities as your network grows. Scoring occurs over three rounds, with early progress compounding into bigger rewards later, so timing your builds and combos matters as much as raw expansion.
