Each round, you’ll enter tense auctions for the lots you’ll build on, the blocks you’ll build with, and the quality of the buildings you’ll construct. Placement is everything: only blocks with an unobstructed view of the water score at the end, so smart elevations, savvy timing, and a keen eye for sightlines will make or break your skyline.
