People Power: Insurgency in the Philippines, 1981-1986 is a standalone COIN Series wargame that recreates the struggle against the Marcos regime through insurgency, reform, and political control.
Players guide one of three factions: the Government, the New People’s Army, or the non-violent Reformers. Each faction pursues a different path to victory, using asymmetric operations, support, resistance, opposition, and bases to shape the political landscape of the Philippines. Designed as a lower-complexity entry in the COIN Series, it keeps the tension high while using a shorter 2–3 hour play time. The game also adds Personality cards, an Election cycle, and an Acts of Desperation deck to capture the final pressure of the People Power Revolution. Designed for 1–3 players. Available now at Boarding School Games—Join the struggle.
