Middle-Earth: Strategy Battle Game - Lords of the Dunedain

Like all Dúnedain chieftains that came before him, Arathorn is a descendant of Isildur and heir to the throne of Gondor. A fierce and skilled warrior, Arathorn is also a noble leader who has masterminded many victories. Although his life was cut short by an Orcish raiding party, his legacy was passed on to his son, Aragorn, who would go on to change the fate of Middle-earth by reclaiming his birthright.

Halbarad is a kinsman of Aragorn and amongst his closest and most loyal companions. When Aragorn leaves to join the Fellowship of the Ring, it is Halbarad who takes command of the Rangers of the Grey Company, and is quick to respond to his lord when Aragorn calls for them to muster and join him.

Arathorn and Halbarad are skilful Heroes from the Rangers army list. Arathorn wields a longsword to deadly effect, while Halbarad carries a sword and bow. One version of Halbarad also sees him carrying the unfurled Banner of Arwen Evenstar, which he bore when the Grey Company fought alongside their liege at the Battle of the Pelennor Fields.

This set contains three metal miniatures – Halbarad (one with bow in hand and another with the Banner of Arwen Evenstar) and Arathorn – supplied with three Citadel 25mm Round Bases.
