Keyflower

Keyflower is a board game that blends worker placement and bidding as players build competing villages across four changing seasons.

Each round brings new tiles to auction, and every worker you place can be used either to claim valuable tiles or activate them for resources, skills, and more workers. Because players can use tiles in their own village, in other players’ villages, and in the central market, every turn creates new timing decisions and tough tradeoffs. The shifting seasonal structure gives the game a strong sense of momentum, with winter turning toward scoring and long-term planning.
