Keyflower is a game where you build a thriving village over four seasons by bidding with colored workers, placing those same workers to produce goods, and cleverly timing upgrades and transport. Each round—spring, summer, autumn, then winter—brings a fresh market of village tiles to auction and new workers arriving by boat. Red, yellow, and blue workers double as currency and action power, so every meeple spent to win a tile is one you can’t use to generate resources or skills. You’ll activate tiles in your own village, on the central market, and even in opponents’ villages to gather wood, stone, and iron, gain specialist skills, and upgrade buildings for stronger effects and better scoring.

In Keyflower, tempo and table reading are everything. You’ll stake early bids to scare off rivals, slip in late to snipe key tiles, and weigh when to use workers to produce, transport, and upgrade instead.
