You play a law enforcement negotiator facing a desperate abductor with escalating demands and a short fuse. Each turn is a conversation: spend conversation points to play tactics, calm the situation, and work hostages out safely while the threat level rises and pressure mounts. A hand-building system keeps your options immediate, letting you plan big swings and clutch rescues instead of waiting for the right card to show up.
