Green Oaks

Green Oaks is a quirky, fast-paced role-playing game where players take on the roles of eccentric Elders living in a mysterious retirement home filled with legends, conspiracies, and possibly supernatural forces. Is there hidden treasure in the basement? Is the building an alien lab? Could it be sitting atop an ancient burial ground—or worse, the mouth of Hell? No one knows for sure, but your Elder is about to find out.

Each character is defined by three simple Descriptors, leading to unique personalities like an "ex-Marine turned priest with a hobby of hunting witches" or a "retired spy who enjoys tailoring." One player acts as the Narrator, guiding the unpredictable and often hilarious story while the rest improvise their way through bizarre mysteries.
