Call in helicopters and fire trucks for urgent burn victims, manage triage and wheelchairs, and work around cigarettes, public toilets, air conditioners, and other operational headaches. Additional modules bring in temps, ghosts, therapy dogs, a gift shop, and Urban Design 2.0 rules for more variety across repeat plays. The base game is required to play.
