All Bridges Burning: Red Revolt and White Guard in Finland, 1917-1918 is a standalone COIN System wargame that recreates the political and military struggle of the Finnish Civil War.

Set in 1917–1918, players guide the Reds, the White Senate forces, and the non-violent Moderates through a conflict shaped by revolution, parliamentary reform, foreign involvement, and the fight for independence. Each faction uses asymmetric commands and special activities, forcing different priorities as military pressure, political control, and national sentiment shift across Finland. Germany and Russia can offer outside support, but too much foreign involvement can threaten Finnish independence and create a collective loss. A card-based non-player system supports solitaire play and two-player mode, while the compact scale keeps the COIN tension focused and direct. The box includes a mounted game board, 47 Event cards, 17 Solitaire system cards, 88 wooden pieces, markers, rulebooks, dice, and player aids.
