A War of Whispers is a competitive strategy board game that puts players in control of secret societies manipulating five warring empires from the shadows.

Rather than commanding a single kingdom, players deploy agents to empire councils and influence the actions of rival powers across the map. Hidden loyalty tokens determine which empires each player wants to see prosper, creating shifting priorities as control of cities changes. Players can swap unrevealed loyalties during the game, allowing strategies to adapt as the balance of power develops. The second edition includes an updated rulebook and remastered game board.
