Next War: Vietnam

Next War: Vietnam is an operational wargame that imagines a modern conflict between China and Vietnam across the South China Sea and the mountainous jungle of North Vietnam.

Players command Chinese and Vietnamese forces in a campaign shaped by air power, naval action, ground offensives, and the threat of wider regional intervention. The game builds on the Next War system with layered standard and advanced play, letting you manage initiative, weather, strikes, special operations, reinforcements, and hard-fought movement and combat across land and sea. Scenarios range from smaller engagements to a full campaign, with the fighting extending from the PRC-SRV border to the Spratly and Paracel Islands.
