LOCALS - If returned complete and in good condition within 7 days of purchase (verified by staff), eligible for store credit refund less 25% (rental fee). If not returned within 7 days of purchase, the item is considered sold and not eligible for return. Issuance of store credit for rental return is upon completion of product inspection and is subject to observed condition of the return to be similar to when leaving the possession of BSG.
