The Colonists

The Emperor has entrusted you with the task of founding a new church and bringing it to glory and prosperity. To prove to him that his trust in you is not unfounded, you are sending your steward into the heart of the colony to commission the construction of dwellings to lure colonists into your community. Give them jobs, and then train them to grow along with your colony. Build your church and colony to please the Emperor first, and revel in victory!
